ServerBeach Reaches 10,000 Server Milestone

Company Cites Commitment to Customer Service as Key to Customer Loyalty and Growth

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, March 27, 2008 -- ServerBeach, a PEER 1 company specializing in self-managed hosting, has reached the 10,000 servers mark. The company has reached this milestone through its dedication to providing the kind of control and flexibility that customers expect, in order to grow their businesses and web presence.

"We are very proud to reach this landmark with our strong customer loyalty and support," said Fabio Banducci, president and CEO of PEER 1. "This milestone also reflects the company's continuous growth in the very competitive self-managed hosting arena. We strongly believe this has been accomplished in part because ServerBeach has maintained its commitment to go above and beyond what other self-managed hosting companies provide, with much needed resources and support that help our customers succeed."

Unlike competitors, where service often ends once the server is connected, ServerBeach is focused on providing its customers with continued support as their businesses grow. ServerBeach offers 24/7/365 customer service and automation tools that make self-managed hosting as simple as possible.

Automation tools include Rapid Reboot(TM) and Rapid Rescue(TM), which are powerful self-management tools optimized in-house by ServerBeach and available to customers free of charge. Rapid Reboot(TM) enables customers to restart their web servers instantly and on-demand, without having to wait on a technician to reboot them. Rapid Rescue(TM) is one-of-a-kind, allowing customers to rescue their dedicated servers from potentially fatal errors without waiting for assistance from an onsite technician.

Strategically located across the U.S., in California, Texas and Virginia, ServerBeach takes advantage of the high performance, fully redundant PEER 1 network, with 15 state-of-the-art data centers in 12 cities and 20 network points-of-presence across North America and Europe. Customers can expect reliable service, minimal latency, disaster recovery, and geographic diversity.

"I tried and quit several hosting vendors before discovering ServerBeach," said Mike Mitchell, CIO at Winnovate.com. "I've used ServerBeach almost exclusively for over 4 years now and am very happy with their pricing, reliability, and support. Finally, a web hosting company I can count on!"

ServerBeach Offers Self-managed Firewalls

New product expands self-managed security choices for individual customers

VANCOUVER, BC – March 4, 2008 – ServerBeach, a PEER 1 company specializing in self-managed hosting, has expanded its offerings with the release of self-managed firewalls to its more than 3,000 customers at its San Antonio data center. The firewall product, mGuard Smart by Inominate, provides added security and is fully self-managed by customers via a web interface. This provides the kind of control and flexibility ServerBeach customers expect and can take full advantage of for their business or web presence.

“In keeping with the needs of our self-managed hosting customers, this product provides the highest security while being easy to install and manage.” said Robert Miggins, vice president of business development for PEER 1. “We know our customers, who come from a great variety of industries, and pride ourselves on offering the best and most affordable tools to support maximum business growth.”

The mGuard Smart offers an extremely high degree of security and performance. It can be integrated anywhere both quickly and simply without modifications to the server, regardless of the processor technology or operating systems used. Because the firewall is independent it does not affect the performance of the server’s processor.

The mGuard Smart unites the advantages of hardware and software-based security concepts in a single component. All the security functions are integrated into the self-contained, fully independent mGuard platform. For this reason, it is not necessary to reconfigure the server being protected, nor do drivers or additional software need to be installed. The firewall performs much better and is more reliable than the typical shared or PCI based firewall.

ServerBeach will offer the firewall at $99 per month with a $50 setup fee, and it is available on Category 3 and 5 servers within the San Antonio data center.

PEER 1 Expands in hottest co-location markets

Additional Data Center Space to Accommodate Growing Customer Demand

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA - February 1, 2007 - PEER 1 Network Enterprises, Inc. (TSX-V: PIX) is pleased to report that its previously announced data center expansion in Vancouver is complete, increasing the company's co-location capacity by over 140 cabinet equivalents.

In addition, PEER 1 is pleased to announce an expansion of its Toronto data center that will accommodate a further 125 cabinets, with completion scheduled before the end of June 2007.

Recent expansions in current PEER 1 data centers across North America have given the company the capacity to add approximately 65% more dedicated servers to its current base of over 16,000 dedicated servers and approximately 40% more co-location cabinet equivalents to its current base of over 1,100 cabinet equivalents. This enables PEER 1 to significantly grow its customer base with modest incremental capital expenditures relative to building a new data center.

"Our data center expansions and increased capacity support our strategy for continued growth and margin improvement," said Fabio M. Banducci, PEER 1's President. "Demand continues to be strong for our high performance, co-location and dedicated hosting solutions."

PEER 1 Extends Internet Network to Amsterdam

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – Wednesday, September 20th, 2006 – PEER 1 Network Enterprises, Inc. (TSX-V: PIX), a leading provider of Internet infrastructure, today announced that the company has extended its high performance Internet network to connect to the second largest Internet exchange in Europe: AMS-IX of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

“Connecting to AMS-IX is an important part of the PEER 1 network strategy,” said Mark Teolis, PEER 1’s vice president of network & co-location, and the person who designed the PEER 1 network. “PEER 1 customers from around the world benefit from the direct access that AMS-IX provides to the more than 200 other networks, Internet service providers (ISPs) and content providers that connect there. This improves the network’s performance for all PEER 1 clients.”

The new network point of presence (POP) also enhances the PEER 1 Content Delivery Network (CDN) powered by the company’s unique RapidEdge technology. Now, PEER 1’s CDN clients’ web content is cached on servers in Amsterdam in addition to the North American caching servers, so European end-users retrieve content from the much closer Amsterdam servers instead of from North America. This can reduce latency by 80 to 140 milliseconds, meaning faster delivery of content, applications, and media to end-users.

The Amsterdam POP is now live, and PEER 1 can begin to pick up new network customers in this location. The POP is located at SARA, one of four AMS-IX housing units.
